Love Is Learning provides personalized 1:1 online tutoring services for students in grades PreK–12. Our services include academic coaching, literacy tutoring, and executive function support.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the intake and booking process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• Ensure a suitable environment (quiet space, reliable internet) for tutoring sessions.
• Treat all tutors with respect and professionalism.

3. Booking and Payments

All sessions are booked through our designated scheduling system. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By booking a session, you agree to pay the fees associated with that service.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Love Is Learning.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Love Is Learning and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Love Is Learning is dedicated to providing high-quality educational support. However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Is Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
